Science and Data Driven High-Tech

NeuroBallet stands apart by integrating the artistry of dance with cutting-edge wearable technology, providing a comprehensive, data-driven approach to training. Through real-time performance metrics such as heart rate variability, recovery, exertion levels, and movement efficiency, dancers gain crucial insights into their physical condition and performance. These metrics empower dancers to optimize their training, track progress, and prevent injury, ensuring that each movement is precise, fluid, and sustainable. This fusion of science and art enhances strength, neuromotor control, and confidence, making NeuroBallet a uniquely effective method for achieving peak performance and long-term success.

The Creation of NeuroBallet

NeuroBallet is the brainchild of Gaia Forlani, former professional ballet and contemporary ballet dancer with the mission of merging the worlds of dance and neuroscience, together with high-performing athletic conditioning. Gaia’s extensive formal training as a professional ballet dancer, alongside her background in Sensorimotor, Clinical, and Movement Neuroscience, and expertise as dance coach, converged into the foundation of this ground-breaking method.
